End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and M.I.Y. Designs, LLC ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the M.I.Y. Designs Manufacturing Integration Platform and related services (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for internal business operations related to M.I.Y. Designs manufacturing workflows, including inventory management, order processing, and financial record-keeping.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Sublicense, sell, or distribute access to the Service to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than authorized internal business operations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data connected through the Service.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms including QuickBooks Online, Shopify, and other services. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

4. Data Handling

The Service processes business data including financial records, inventory data, and order information. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related code, documentation, and materials are the intellectual property of M.I.Y. Designs, LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M.I.Y. Designs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
